District 83 Toastmasters | Metropolitan New Jersey, Rockland County, Staten Island

District 83 is pleased to announce the winners of the Banner Blitz. Qualifying winners will receive a newly branded Toastmasters club banner, customized with their club information. It has been a difficult task to win a new banner but twenty-two clubs achieved this amazing feat. In doing so, they have also made their clubs Distinguished at the six month mark!
