Any refund requests before April 1 – receive 100 % less $10.00 processing fee

Any refund requests between April 1 and April 15 – receive 75% less $10.00 processing fee

Any refund requests between April 15 and May 1 – receive 50% less $10.00 processing fee

Any refund requests after May 1 up until the conference – receive 25% less $10 processing fee

No refunds made after the conference
