Barbara Krasner, Divsion B governor, ACS/CL, joined Toastmasters in the summer of 2005. Her background includes nearly 25 years in the telecom industry (AT&T, Lucent Technlogies, Alcatel-Lucent) in a variety of marketing functions, including market research, product marketing, branding and advertising, marcom, and strategic planning. She is currently Director, Customer Advocacy Marketing at Alcatel-Lucent in Murray Hill, NJ.
She is also an award-winning author of four books and more than 170 articles for adults and children. She has an MBA in Marketing from Rutgers University, and MFA in Writing for Children & Young Adults from Vermont College, and a B.A. in German from Douglass College.
She lives in Somerset and is a member of Carpe Diem Toastmasters and the Murray Hill Speakers Club. She most recently served as VP-Education for Cosmopolitan Toastmasters and Area 34 Governor of District 46. |
